Onboarding & Match Form UX Feedback — Beta Tester Experience
24 pts
Completed the full mvp-build request flow as a beta tester. Overall experience was smooth and intuitive. Key observations: (1) The "Helixa profile URL" field has no instructions on where to find it — new users will leave it blank or get stuck. (2) The operator directory shows no availability warning before users fill the match form — expectation mismatch. (3) No visible confirmation after form submit — users don't know if the request was received. (4) Budget range field is ambiguous — unclear if it's a commitment or a reference. Positive: 3-level confidentiality option (Public/Private/NDA) is exactly right for IP-sensitive projects. JSON preview on the match form builds trust. Smart defaults reduce friction.

Task Board for Beta Testers — Missing Supply Side for Matched-Task Rewards
24 pts
Matched-task rewards represent 50% of the total reward pool, but there is currently no way for a beta tester to see what tasks are available to take. A tester who wants to participate as an executor has no entry point — they have to ask directly. This artificially limits participation and reduces the volume of completed matched tasks, which is the highest-weighted metric in the system. Suggestion: a simple /tasks page or section within /cred-bureau listing open requests with title, category, urgency, and a match button. Confidentiality respected — NDA Required entries show only title and category, no brief content. This directly unlocks the most valuable reward category for active testers.

Personal Contributor Dashboard — No Visibility Into Submitted Contributions or Points
51 pts
A beta tester submitting multiple contributions has no way to see what they submitted, the current status of each one, or their accumulated points. The only feedback is a confirmation ID shown on screen. Without personal visibility, it is impossible to know whether continued participation is worthwhile or which categories are performing. The public leaderboard is not a substitute — it shows nothing until approvals happen and has no personal breakdown. Suggestion: a /cred-bureau/my-contributions page (authenticated) showing: list of submitted contributions, status per entry (pending/approved/rejected), points assigned per contribution, and season total. This directly increases tester retention and participation volume.
